I am very pleased to announce that we have just launched three brand new widgets here at Technorati. We took three things on our site which bloggers have been requesting for quite some to include on their own sites, and wrapped them up into nice and tidy HTML widgets that anyone can now syndicate and include on their own site or blog.
What's Hot: Technorati Top Searches and Top Tags
First, we have a pair of "What's Hot" widgets. We took our real-time Top Searches and Top Tags that we display on the left column of the home page and made them available for you to embed and display on your blog home page.
Simply add the following hyperlink(s) where you want the respective widget(s) to appear:

Technorati Authority Widget
Second, we've built a freshly designed bite-sized Technorati Authority widget that any blogger can use on their site to proudly display their Technorati Authority (the higher, the better).
Simply take your blog URL and customize the following code snippet as I have (i.e. change tantek.com in the snippet to your own blog, like: loiclemeur.com, douglaskarr.com, lifewithheathens.blogspot.com, carolsplaceforpeace.blogspot.com, babasko.blogspot.com, tech-mirage108.blogspot.com, or theryanking.com - just a few of many Technorati members who already using the Technorati Authority widget). Add your customized code snippet to your blog sidebar for example, publish, and wait for a few minutes (often less than a minute) for your custom widget to be generated and start serving.

Be sure to include the same script from above once on your page somewhere. Near the bottom of the page works well, or you can even put the script right there inline with the widget hyperlink.

These widgets are hot off our coding presses, utilize our new high performance widgets framework, and thus even if you include all three widgets on your blog, you only need to include our new Widgets script t.js just once, though it will also work just fine if you include it next to each widget. Clever huh?
